Position Responsibilities: Own overall DBS submission governance framework. Establish submission standards, policies and operating procedures. Serve as senior escalation point for complex or high-risk cases. Engage with senior stakeholders across Business, FCC and DBS. Monitor performance metrics, trends and quality standards. Lead periodic reviews and enhancement initiatives. Lead regular governance meetings. Drive resolution of systemic issues and recurring deficiencies. Ensure alignment of expectations and risk appetite. Review quality assurance results. Track SLA performance. Prepare management reporting and governance updates. Recommend process enhancements and resource requirements.
