Job Description What's the opportunity? We're looking for a leader to make RBC's internal agentic AI platform a habit, not a launch. As Director, Community & Adoption, you will drive end-user engagement, behavioural adoption, and community growth — building a vibrant internal user community, running the programs and events that showcase what the platform can do, and ensuring it becomes embedded in how people work across the enterprise. You will bring the communication skill to make capability land with non-technical audiences, the change-management discipline to move behaviour at scale, structured user research to keep the team grounded in real user needs, and enough hands-on fluency with AI agents to demo and evangelize credibly.
