Role Summary: The AI Business Consulting (ABC) team's mission is to ensure that the AI & Data organization delivers not only AI products, but tangible and measurable business value. ABC sits at the intersection of AI & Data and the business, connecting AI capabilities with business needs and outcomes. Our activities have two main dimensions. First, we work alongside business stakeholders and Data Scientists throughout AI projects, defining relevant KPIs, translating business requirements, and driving adoption and change management to maximize value after deployment. Second, we lead company-wide transformation initiatives to democratize AI, empowering business units to leverage AI and deliver business value more independently.
