Within SEAM, Technical Asset Support (TAS) enables accelerated delivery of the Shell Performance Framework across C+P, IGRES, and Upstream. TAS provides high quality, cost competitive technical expertise embedded within asset teams and operates from Chennai, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and Krakow. TAS is now embarking on the next chapter in its journey – the aspiration to be a ‘World Class Delivery Engine’ (WCDE) over the next three years (2026-28). Data Centricity and Digital Technologies are going to play a key enabling role. Technical Reporting and Digital Integration (TRDI) is Shell’s Technical Reporting hub across the Asset Management system and a Digital Accelerator for TAS Transformation Initiatives.
