As a Digital Product Designer, a typical day involves envisioning and crafting innovative digital experiences that effectively represent and enhance the essence of a brand. This role requires transforming ideas into tangible concepts through detailed storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes. The day also includes planning and conducting user and usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback, which is then used to refine and perfect the digital solutions. Collaboration and continuous iteration are key elements, ensuring that the final product resonates well with users and meets the intended goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of design strategies that align with project goals and user needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- Strong knowledge of digital product design principles and user experience methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive digital models.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives.
- Skilled in planning and executing user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Competence in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
