Job Description What is the opportunity? The Digital Engagement Specialist is an execution-focused role responsible for building and delivering the digital outputs that power the Security Behaviors program. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day work that keeps campaigns, simulations, and program documentation running. The ideal candidate brings hands-on web and email development skills and takes pride in translating strategy into polished, well-organized, and on-time deliverables. What will you do? Develop HTML email campaigns and notifications for internal security awareness initiatives, including awareness moments, behavior nudges, and program communications Build emails to brand standards, ensuring rendering compatibility Design and execute targeted phishing simulation campaigns Manage campaign deployment and support scheduling logistics Build and configure phishing simulation email templates in the simulation platform, including lure copy, sender configuration, and landing page design Support simulation scheduling and deployment in coordination with the Product Manager Maintain a template repository, ensuring content stays current with emerging threat trends
