High Level Role Overview
As a DevEX Senior Staff Developer at Benevity, you will lead Developer Experience and SDLC modernization across our technology organization. Sitting at the intersection of hands-on platform engineering, process evolution, and technical leadership, you will design the tooling and infrastructure that transforms AI-assisted development into a seamless, company-wide operating model.
