How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Lead monthly S&OP demand meetings with sales and supply chain departments Gathering updates from sales, category management, and marketing that will impact future demand and adjust forecast accordingly Effectively communicate essential changes in demand trends using data driven methods to internal cross-functional partners Analyze, and report monthly forecast accuracy KPI metrics and identify and implement solutions to improve performance Responsible for the detailed accuracy of the sales forecast to the product/location level of detail.
