Those in Delivering Deal Value at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting synergy and cost saving assessments, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. The opportunity: As a Delivering Deal Value Manager (Bilingual FR/EN) , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Integration strategy and execution Deal transaction execution Due diligence – stand-alone costs, carve out Synergy review and planning including cost optimization/ business transformation Carve out and separation execution As part of the transaction proces
