Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. The Opportunity As a Director in Deals Value Creation Analytics, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients use data, analytics, and AI to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading high-profile analytics engagements across sell-side, buy-side, value creation, and performance improvement contexts, translating complex data into clear commercial insights Helping management teams and investors understand
