Job Description & Summary PwC's Deals practice helps clients with every stage of the deal lifecycle, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and capital markets transactions. Our teams combine financial, commercial, operational, and strategic insight. This helps clients make informed decisions, protect value, and achieve their transaction goals. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key member of engagement teams delivering financial due diligence and valuation services. You will analyse complex financial information, build and review valuation models, and identify key deal risks and value drivers. You will also communicate findings to clients and senior stakeholders. You will work with some autonomy, guide junior team members, and support Managers in running engagements. Key Responsibilities Financial Due Diligence (Buy-side / Sell-side) Perform financial due diligence on target companies, covering quality of earnings, net debt and debt-like items, and working capital analysis. Analyze historical financial performance, cash flows, and the sustainability of earnings. Review management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Identify key risks
