Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design and evolve the systems and process that power our deal desk process. This person will help build the mechanics behind our sales-led deals: quotes, order forms, pricing, discount approvals, and contract terms. A strong candidate has run quote-to-cash at a SaaS company and can spot where the process is slow, manual, or leaky.
