---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Spanish Procure to Pay Ops Sr Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Provide multilingual Finance & Accounting operational support by executing transactional and analytical finance processes while serving as the primary language interface between client stakeholders, vendors, customers, and delivery teams. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of finance. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Execute Finance & Accounting processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), FP&A Support, or Treasury operations as assigned. • Process finance transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and exception handling activities in ERP systems. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within agreed timelines. • Communicate with customers, suppliers, business stakeholders, and client contacts in the required foreign language. • Translate finance-related communications, reports, procedures, work instructions, and business documentation. • Support issue resolution by coordinating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and client procedures. • Prepare operational reports, KPI updates, and management information as required. • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles in both English and the supported language.
