Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting DDI infrastructure and related network services. Manage DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation activities, and related configuration changes. Support DDI modernization and migration initiatives, including transition activities to global DDI platforms. Perform system administration, patching, upgrades, and configuration maintenance across DDI environments. Leverage monitoring and operational tools to ensure service health, availability, and compliance with established service levels. Conduct root cause analysis and support problem management activities for critical incidents. Act as a technical SME and collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and operational teams to implement DNS/DHCP changes and support technical initiatives Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
