Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Internal Firm Services - Other Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Data & Analytics Lead will drive the development and execution of the firm’s internal data & analytics strategy within the Chief Data Office, enabling trusted, scalable, and business‑aligned use of data to deliver insights, reporting, and advanced analytics outcomes. This role is responsible for leading the in-house Data & Analytics pillar, establishing frameworks, standards, and delivery capabilities that support high‑quality, governed data consumption across the organisation . They will be accountable for translating the firm’s data strategy into actionable analytics use cases, delivering insights that support decision-making , defining the standards for internal reporting and analytics, o perational efficiency, and innovation including AI driven initiatives. The role works across all Lines of Service and enabling functions to deliver consistent, reusable analytics solutions aligned with enterprise data platforms. In addition, this role will shape, build, and lead the Data & Analytics capability within the CDO
