The Disability Analytics & Reporting team has an immediate opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. We are seeking a highly imaginative and motivated individual with a combination of analytic, programming and data visualization skills to enhance our business intelligence and analytics capabilities. In this role, you will be tasked with using data to discover opportunities and solve business problems. You should have a passion for how data can be used to drive deep, meaningful insights that enhance the customer experience, grow our businesses, minimize risk, and engage our employees. Position Responsibilities: Work with operational teams to develop analytic and business intelligence solutions Create complex stored procedures to extract and transform data for use in data analysis and process automation Become a Disability data subject matter expert Visualize and present data for management using software tools such as Microsoft Power BI Support ad-hoc requests for data & analysis from the business Partner with the Advanced Analytics team of Data Scientists on various projects What motivates you?
