Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering their technical growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
