Summary:
As an SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant, the role involves providing functional expertise, solution design, and consulting support for SAP Service processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure integration with SAP MM, SD, and other related modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP S/4HANA Service.
- Provide functional guidance on service management processes and solution design.
- Lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements and standardization.
- Support solution design, enhancements, integrations, and developments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies involving service materials, spare parts, procurement, and inventory.
- Support integration between SAP S/4HANA Service, MM, and SD.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Support project leadership in evaluating solution options, risks, and implementation considerations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-have skill: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service.
- Good understanding of service orders, service contracts, service quotations, and service execution.
- Knowledge of service master data, service products, and service-related business processes.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have Minimum 7.5 years of relevant SAP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
