You will be responsible for creating a high-performing Agile environment, facilitating effective collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines. The Scrum Master will act as a Leader, Agile Coach, and Delivery Facilitator, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, Program Managers, and business stakeholders. The role requires strong experience in managing multiple teams, cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and stakeholder expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including
