In this role, you will own customer environments end-to-end, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Your focus will be on eliminating manual work through automation and leveraging AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and operations. You will work closely with our SRE team, who manage shared platform reliability and core infrastructure, while you focus on customer-specific environments.
