Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile methodologies to deliver iterative and incremental software improvements.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting of software components to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Experience in integrating software components with various enterprise systems and data sources.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
