Hands-on problem solving to stabilize delivery performance Roles & Responsibilities: Supported recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges. Supported delivery recovery efforts end-to-end including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans. Experienced in delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards. PMO
