Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Cortez operation. The successful candidate will lead the Technical Services team and provide direction for mine planning, engineering, geology, survey, geotechnical engineering, ore control, and other technical functions as applicable. This role is responsible for developing and executing short, medium, and long-term mine plans that support safe production, operational efficiency, resource optimization, and business objectives. The Technical Services Manager will develop and lead a zero incident safety culture in which all employees are engaged and working toward the business goals of the organization. This individual will monitor and analyze performance to maximize production, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide technical support to operations.
