Position Description: Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Light Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join the Cortez team. Responsibilities: Maintain shop areas, tooling and service vehicles to ensure a clean and safe work environment Perform daily pre-shift work inspections and participate in individual and group hazard identification processes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Two (2) plus years of experience in maintenance of mobile, farm, trucking, aircraft, military or support equipment preferred Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics required Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision required Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people required Ability to accomplish strenuous physical labor under all weather conditions required Lift at least 50 lbs. required Proven safe work record with belief and value seen in courageous leadership model required Housekeeping standards are maintained to a high level required Good written and verbal communication skills required Ability to be an initial team member in a growing, fast paced environment, and support team in attainment of safety, environmental,
