Job Summary: Responsible for providing legal advice and support on a broad range of corporate, securities, governance, finance, disclosure, and compliance matters for a publicly traded company. This position partners closely with executive leadership, finance, investor relations, treasury, human resources, internal audit, tax, compliance, and other business teams to ensure compliance with applicable securities laws, stock exchange requirements, and corporate governance standards. The role also supports strategic transactions, financing activities, and board of directors' matters.
