Be part of the Legal team, focused mainly on corporate law as well as in other commercial law issues; Legal support and advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law; Drafting and/or reviewing commercial contracts, business-related documents and other legal documentation; Manage client engagements including preparing concise and accurate proposals, documents and reports; Liaising with the Greek corporate and other supervising authorities and organizations.
