We are seeking an experienced and highly credible Corporate Investigator – Conduct & Ethics to lead and manage complex corporate compliance and workplace investigations across the organization. Reporting to the C&E APAC Regional Lead – Corporate Investigator , the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and overseeing investigations arising from allegations of misconduct reported through the company's various Code of Business Ethics and compliance reporting channels. This role requires a qualified legal professional with strong investigative, employment law, litigation, ethics, compliance, and employee relations experience. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, Legal, HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to assess risks, conduct fair and thorough investigations, and recommend appropriate remediation.
