As our new Corporate and M&A Lawyer, you will: Deliver day-to-day legal support advising clients in the field of corporate law and develop corporate legal service practice Work with a wide range of international projects, conducting legal analysis, revising agreements and preparing other legal documents Advise on effective planning and implementation support for corporate reorganizations such as domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures Participate in M&A processes by performing comprehensive legal due diligence, identifying risks and preparing findings reports for clients Contribute to transaction support throughout all stages of the deal lifecycle Draft and review transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreement
