Convocation Clerk The Convocation clerk plays an important role during McGill University’s Convocation ceremonies and is primarily responsible for the distribution of line up cards, tickets, and important information to graduates. Among other related duties, provides support with various convocation activities and related services and acts as a resource agent for graduates and guests. It is essential that Convocation clerks respond well to stressful situations and maintain the utmost composure and courtesy. Qualifications: Candidates must be customer focused and service oriented with a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. Demonstrated ability to clearly receive, retain and transmit information. Proven organizational skills, multi-tasking, accuracy and attention to detail.
