We’re looking for a Contract Operations Strategist to advise and support the New Business and Customer & Expansion teams on the efficient execution of deals, ensuring new contracts and renewals are accurately structured and meet compliance requirements. This role is open to applicants located in Mexico City. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Sales Operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Advise sales reps and sales managers on contract best practices, working in tandem with New Business, Customer & Expansion, Business Technology, Legal, and Finance. Advise and support the New Business and Customer & Expansion teams as the subject matter expert on contracts. Provide support to Customer Account Managers on contract renewals that may involve multiple accounts, consolidation of renewal contracts, and changes to renewal amounts and/or product mix. Partner with the New Business and Customer & Expansion teams to capture contractual requirements, including complex non-standard deals that may involve input from multiple departments (Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, etc.).
