We're looking for a client-facing commerce consultant with a strong advisory foundation, commercial curiosity and a hands-on mindset. Working alongside senior advisors in our established commerce consulting practice, you'll analyse client challenges, contribute to strategic discussions, identify advisory opportunities and test how emerging technology can create real business value. What you'll do Own defined advisory workstreams, from client research and stakeholder interviews to recommendations and client-ready presentations, delivering high-quality work that builds client trust. Analyse customer journeys, commerce capabilities and operating models, and develop evidence for business cases and transformation roadmaps. Prototype and evaluate agentic commerce use cases using AI agents, low-code tools and automation. Test business hypotheses, assess feasibility and turn experiments into actionable recommendations.
