As our project portfolio grows, we are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with expertise in quantity surveying, cost planning, construction measurement, and bid preparation to develop accurate and competitive project estimates. The Construction Estimator plays a key role in developing accurate construction cost estimates and bid submissions for infrastructure, facility, and construction projects. This position is responsible for quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, subcontractor pricing, risk assessment, and supporting project teams in delivering commercially sound and competitive proposals. What You Will Do Quantity Takeoffs and Scope Review Complete detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. Review drawings, specifications, schedules, tender documents, and contract requirements to confirm the full project scope.
