Job Description: Position Summary: Support the Head of Corporate Governance, Ireland in the governance and secretarial administration of the senior executive management committee in Ireland, while providing guidance and oversight to colleagues supporting other management committees. The role is responsible for helping ensure that committees operate in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, governance best practice, and Group policies. In addition, the role will provide regulatory, operational, and administrative support to the Head of Corporate Governance, Ireland to support the continued growth and evolving governance needs of the TD Securities platform across Europe.
