The role combines detailed business-process understanding with data analysis, digital enablement and hands-on delivery of automation solutions. Working across multiple delivery teams, the analyst helps ensure that complex deal data is complete, controlled, traceable and fit for operational, settlement and reporting purposes. The purpose of the role is to improve the quality, efficiency, control and scalability of Complex Deal Management through better use of data, standardized processes and fit-for-purpose automation. The analyst will investigate data and process issues, translate business requirements into practical solutions, support delivery and testing, and help embed new ways of working across both Power and Gas. A key expectation is active participation in the development and implementation o
