About the role We’re looking for an experienced transactional lawyer to join our Commercial Legal team supporting Stripe’s business in the Americas. You’ll lead complex commercial negotiations, advise on new products and international expansion, and help build the legal processes and tools that support Stripe’s growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Legal, and teams across Stripe to solve challenging problems and provide practical advice. You’ll also help improve how the Commercial Legal team works, including through the use of AI tools. What you’ll do Support the Americas Sales team and lead negotiations for complex and strategic commercial agreements. Advise on commercial and legal issues related to new product launches and international
