Ngā kōrero mō tēnei tūranga / About the role As part of our Internal Firm Services team in Ōtautahi / Christchurch, you’ll help create a seamless, professional and welcoming experience across our office. This is a varied role where you’ll work across client reception, meeting rooms, events, front of house support and workplace coordination, helping ensure our people, clients and visitors experience a high-quality and well-run environment every day. Your day-to-day could include: Welcoming clients, visitors, contractors and staff with a high standard of customer service Acting as the first point of contact for office enquiries, calls and day-to-day workplace support Supporting meeting room bookings, room set-up and reset, and ensuring spaces are presented to an exceptional standard Coordinating catering requirements, front of house support and barista service for meetings an
