You'll investigate issues, coordinate solutions across internal teams, and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism. This role is ideal for a highly organized, client-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a rewarding career in Commercial Banking and Treasury Management. Hybrid working model - 4 days a week in office Tempe, AZ or City of Industry, CA Provides daily operational service support and ensures the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Resolves client problems in a prompt and effective manner, while ensuring that enhancement opportunities are identified and addressed or referred during client service interactions. Ensures that tickets are resolved per client’s expectations May be able to apply interest adjustments based on limits. Tracks collection of client
