The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge of Standby and Performance Letters of Credit, including end-to-end lifecycle management such as issuance, documentation review, servicing, amendments, renewals, drawings, and ongoing client support. In this role, the individual will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and primary liaison between clients and internal Letter of Credit operations teams, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution of client requests and inquiries. Provides daily operational service support and ensures the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Resolves client problems in a prompt and effective manner, while ensuring that enhancement opportunities are identified and addressed or referred during client service interactions. Ensures that tickets are resolved per client’s expectations May be able to apply interest adjustments based on limits. Tracks collection of client service fees. Analyses cl
