Handle claim reviews for life insurance, accident insurance, and health/medical insurance, ensuring high-quality delivery within the required turnaround time. Collect, compile, and analyze claim cases, and perform verification and follow-up processing. Provide suggestions for improving claims-related processes, role responsibilities, rules, and system functionalities, and assist in developing and optimizing relevant procedures. Coordinate and communicate with various departments as needed during the claims process, and promptly resolve issues. Assist supervisors in team management and performance oversight.
