Chef Hawes, Yorkshire Dales 5 days per week, 8:30 – 5pm / 4pm in Winter including alternate weekends ABOUT SAPUTO As well as our local Wensleydale, the Saputo Dairy UK brands include Cathedral City cheese, butters and spreads such as Clover, Country Life, Vitalite and Utterly Butterly and other dairy ingredients. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY You will be working in our award-winning visitor experience Calvert’s Restaurant & 1897 Coffee Shop in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. We attract a vast range of visitors all year round and are continuing to grow from strength to strength. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce and our ethos is to provide outstanding quality food whilst showcasing our award-winning cheeses, which represent our amazing brand and exceed our customers’ expectations. This is very much a 'hands on' role working with our wonderful kitchen team
