How you will make contributions that matter... • In accordance with SOP’s, stage, weigh and prepare products. • Actively monitor pasteurization process and record data, ensure accurate chart record controls in accordance with Company, state and federal regulatory requirements. • Perform all required analytical testing. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor. • Follow all allergen protocols. • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation. • Operate tanks, pumps and operations equipment. • Perform and document equipment clean-up, CIP/SIP operations, tanks, lines and equipment. • Perform routine equipment adjustments. • Safe operation of a lift truck. • Accurately and neatly complete records, system data entry and documentation. • Perform all department environmental controls. • Perform product reclaim and rework operations in
