Position: Skilled Labor Pay Range: $25.09 – $26.59/hour Key Responsibilities Operate and clean each machine or process efficiently. Maintain product quality and ensure proper packaging. Set up packaging coders and validate product codes per specifications. Identify and report out-of-spec product conditions following notification protocols. Perform routine equipment adjustments using hand tools. Safely operate a lift truck to move materials as needed. Accurately complete production records and documentation. Collaborate with other operators to ensure maximum line efficiency. Perform changeovers, CIP, adjustments, and minor repairs as needed. Maintain quality and efficiency while following all safety and GMP guidelines. Perform housekeeping duties within established standards.
