As we scale following our Series B, across markets, acquisitions, and teams, we are launching a steady pipeline of strategic operational projects. We are looking for a Central Operations Manager to turn those initiatives into implemented reality.
You will take an initial idea or direction and shape it into an effective, executed plan, designing it as you go. The environment is complex and fast-moving, and projects are rarely fully defined at the outset. We need a sharp mind that can reduce a problem to its underlying assumptions and facts, together with the people skills and execution discipline to carry it through to adoption.
