We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support account reconciliation, accounting activities, payment processing, and other operational functions while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions. Position Responsibilities: Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations and ensure suspense accounts remain in good standing. Research and resolve reconciliation exceptions and out-of-balance items within established timelines. Support day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger account analysis, settlements, and payment processing. Prepare and validate dividend and commission payments and support other account reconciliation activities such as ACH transmissions, outgoing wires, check processing, tax remittance funding, and gain/loss tracking. Collaborate with business partners to identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and support fund-related activities such as launches, liquidations, seed capital repatriations, and mergers.
