Our work encompasses buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory as well as leading capital financing transactions. We’re a part of helping some of the world’s leading companies and governments develop, build, finance, buy and sell infrastructure assets across the transportation, power and utilities, energy, mining, telecom and municipal infrastructure sectors. As part of our team, you’ll leverage quantitative analytics including industry research and benchmarking, financial modelling and historical trends analysis to inform and compel key decision-making regarding infrastructure assets and portfolios.
