What you will be doing Value discovery & executive engagement Frame client challenges in terms of growth, efficiency, customer experience, resilience, risk, compliance and workforce outcomes. Lead value-discovery sessions with business executives and connect strategic priorities to cloud, data and AI opportunities. Bring sector insight, benchmark questions and business-process perspectives into opportunity shaping. Develop clear executive narratives that explain why change is required, what value is possible and how it can be realized. Business case & benefits realization Build investment cases incorporating costs, benefits, risks, scenarios, dependencies and realization timing. Develop ROI, TCO and value-driver models with transparent assumptions and sensitivity analysis. Define outcomes, KPIs, benefit owners, measurement baselines and governance mechanisms.
