We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys connecting business needs with technology solutions. You will work across product, engineering, architecture, quality engineering, and other technology teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, assess impacts across interconnected systems, and help deliver solutions supporting our Insurance and Investment capabilities. You will have an active role throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and validation. You will be part of a collaborative Agile team where we solve complex problems and continuously look for ways to improve how we deliver value.
