The Business Performance Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Manulife's business operations by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful management information. This position is responsible for providing reporting and analytical support to key business functions, with a primary focus on sales production reporting, manpower reporting, and management information system (MIS) reporting. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of business reporting principles to generate meaningful insights, support decision-making, and drive operational excellence across the organization. Position Responsibilities: Manage the relevant processes to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of MCBL and CBC reports based on agreed SLAs. Effective and proper creation, generation and implementation of new / enhanced reports that may be required by management. Accurate data processing, including computation of simple non-system-based compensation / incentives processing. Initiates work process improvement.
