Objective of the function: The principal objective of the Business Leader is to develop and implement the Country/ Area Strategy in order to establish CAE as National Training Partner of choice. Therefore, the Business Leader will harvest the established customer intimacy to achieve a better market position, lead and fund innovation for improved competitiveness with the objective to grow the business profitably. The Business Leader will lead, manage and govern the business objectives through a country committee, consisting of all business functions.
