- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align business function goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Experience with cloud-based service models and understanding of scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Ability to design and implement process improvements that align with business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams through complex project phases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
